  1. I could care less that he told me to go fuck myself. Not like my 25 ex's haven't done the same. Lol. But I just don't see the point in making this stupid thread? Honestly bro, how old are you? And Brian. When did you become a mod? Congrats!
  2. Awwww someone can't open their second skin present from mommy on Christmas morning?
  3. I think it would sound best. If you fire through the rear deck (with the ports sealed up at the ends) the ports will be able to load directly off your rear window.
  4. Best fix is to buy an alt with an external regulator or a fixed internal regulator.
  5. Why not install the ports through the rear deck?
  6. Get ahold of sactownstang on here. I know he has a pair of nightshade 18's that he's willing to get rid of.
  7. Or a single 8.
  8. Honestly, dual 6's. I have a single 6 for my 2 12" mayhems and I'm going to drop in my other 6.
  9. Depends on the car. Some computers inside the car will drop the voltage regulator in the alt for economic driving.
  10. No worries. Just giving my opinion. Still tuned in for the outcome. What equipment?
  11. Trust me. I've used cheap birch before and compared to mdf it's worth the extra weight. I noticed my birch box was real boomy because it wasn't as dense as mdf.
  12. What ply? Sounds like you should just go with mdf.
  13. Can't see the price. But unless it's 13 ply Baltic birch. It's not worth it.
  14. I still have my stock alt that runs strong after 20 years, but that's only an 8O amp. I may take it to a shop and have them load test it. That's a lot of work tho. My alt is a PITA to take out lol. Larry, no wires really get hot, when I had first ran my big 3 positive wire, it got really hot and I would have voltage spikes up to 17+. Then I rerouted it and it's been fine since.
  15. I also thought the voltage regulator might be going out. But at this point, it'd be better just to get the new alt. I could probably have this one rebuilt to a 220. But that won't suffice, so my new alt should do. Maybe I'll get this one rebuilt for shits and gigs.
  16. Bought the alt off a member here. They're a company based in southern California.
  17. nope, all wires are on tight. i'm switching out the alt soon, but it would've been nice to have a spare H/O alt for my car.
  18. I have a 18O amp Ace alternators alt on my celica. i never really had this problem up until a couple weeks ago, when i start my car up, my voltage is fine, charging around 13.8-14.2. But once my car warms up (about 15 minutes of driving) I will start charging around 13.2. this is whether i have a load on it or not. I can tell its an alt issue because voltage coming directly off the alt is 13.2 volts. all fuses are fine. Is my alt dying?
  19. I think it's a waste of money. I bought my 360 to play games. Not so that my friends could pop a nerd boner over my "one of a kind" controller. Just my opinion
  20. Uhhhhhhhh pretty sure paypal explains itself on it's website. If not, 2 seconds on google will find your answer.
  21. Adjust the rubber bump stops that the hood sits on. That should do it.
  22. Come on guys! Come give the kids a good Christmas and hang out with all your friends! Weathers lookin' like clear skies that day. Should be fun.
