Cliff notes: You can't hurt a sub by giving it too little power. The only time you will hurt it is if you try to crank your amp past its limits (maxing the gain and bassboost). Like someone said above, every time you don't have your stereo turned up to full blast it's 'underpowering' your speakers. They are just fine.

Have you seen Park's revenge trilogy? Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance, Old Boy and Lady Vengeance? They're not overly disturbing, but are great movies with some crazy scenes. Old Boy is the best, followed probably by Lady Vengeance. Visitor Q is totally crazy and twisted. Not gory as much as just plain screwed up. Audition is a bit slow but is indeed pretty messed up towards the end.

I haven't seen it in a while, but I remember it being pretty decent. If you want disturbing, watch Audition or Visitor Q.

Were they Acsendant Audio Mayhems? Or are you saying they were selling some custom subs that the shop had?

Some 15s require less space. For example, some of Sundown's subs recommend around 3 cubes for a 15 (like my z15). You'd probably have better luck with two 12s over two 15s.

I was thinking the same thing. I was waiting for the ref to call it in the first because Brock was getting straight pounded. I guess he was defending just enough to keep it going. I wanted to see a knockout, though. O well.

You can use wooden dowels or all thread which will use far less airspace.

LPF filter should be somewhere in the 60-8O hz range. I usually use 8O. Subsonic filter should be a few hz below tuning.

Yeah, the multitouch is nice, but I can go without. Seems the Moment's hardware should be capable, but its up to someone (Samsung or someone else) to make the software to do it. Maybe sometime in the near future there will be a hack or app to make it work.

I don't know a ton either, but I'm gonna be doing a lot of reading in the next week or two. I don't think it's very difficult from what I've seen so far.

From what I hear the Hero has a tendency to lag as well (especially the keyboard in landscape mode). The Samsung has a more powerful processor from what I've read. My friend has a Hero that he likes, but he is running a rooted version of 2.1, not the official one. I'm thinking that any Heros I buy now will come with the 2.1 and I won't be able to root or customize it until someone cracks them. Plus, the live wallpapers on the Moment are pretty sweet.

I'm kinda between the Hero and Samsung Moment. Seems like the Moment has a bit better hardware and I've been reading a lot about custom ROMs/Kernels that I think look pretty cool. Plus, I can get it for like $50 from Radio Shack. And screw paying for making it a wifi hotspot. It can be done for free with hacks.

It seems many of the EVOs that got given out early are having some kind of problems with the SD cards not working.
