If I'm right those subs are OK but the only problem would be your losing cone area. I'd stay with the DC all day they're better overall in all aspects and if people say the hx2 will beat the lvl3s they're just "nutthugging" lmfao!

Thanks for the replies guys, I don't know much about subs I had amicreations send me a DIY kit and 33"x20"x16" is my Max dimensions. I thought the smaller the box the more power you have to throw at the subs idk could he the other way around? @wood you think I need a larger port then?

So after hooking up my system my xls are very hungry the aq3500.1 is not enough for both. So what should I do? I'm going be buying a DC power alt pretty soon but should I stay with this setup or should I sell the subs and get lvl4s or get 1 15" lvl5 (would have to buy another box)? I already have my box which is for 2 12s so keep that in mind. I'm guessing by getting my alt I should see more Watts but will it be enough? Also my box is 3.2ft^3 after displacements and has 14in^2 of port and tuned to 32hz.
