  1. QUICK, trade it in for a chevy before the realization that you bought a ford sinks in and you shoot yourself! Seriously though, get some regular components and make your own adapter rings out of hardboard like this http://www.homedepot.com/h_d1/N-5yc1v/R-202088786/h_d2/ProductDisplay?langId=-1&storeId=10051&catalogId=10053. dark brown stuff, smooth on one side textured on the other, really hard.
  2. i hope you not talkin about me Woah, sorry bout that broham. just woke up. meant MrtardJ . not you
  3. I'm digging the 100% graphs done both ways. Hard for me to say this but, jon you (finnally) have me convinced. Second skin will be going into my doors soon. nice play good sir. and to you other guys butting in, will you hug my nuts this hard when i start using second skin? skittles? darktard?
  4. *AHEM* sine sweep. transducer. vibration. sound. ok remedial must not have been the correct word. Denser then the core of a black hole should suffice.
  5. yes.. and i wanna see the graphs shown both ways (blue over red, then red over blue) with a better graph resolution around the 20-200 hz range (he said he did a wide band sweep i believe?) He never measured any sound at all. He used an accelerometer to measure how much the metal moved... sound waves interpreted by an inanimate object is movement. oh my god. there is nothing on the graph to represent frequency. You can't highlight, increase resolution or do anything else to something that isn't there. Nice of you to so kindly prove my point I was nice enough not to bump this thread with. Added it to my previous post.

He never measured any sound at all. He used an accelerometer to measure how much the metal moved... sound waves interpreted by an inanimate object is movement. Edit: oh no i got more to say here You sir are fucking retarded. NO i never answered your question, i was never conversing with you to start with. and WTF do you really think a sound wave is anyways? oscillating matter causing compression and decompression of a medium (in our most commonly perceived state: gas) vibrating our ear drums, to be converted to electrical impulses, interpreted by our brain as sound. lets break that down since i'm really starting to suspect that you truly are remedial here. oscillation= movement compression/decompression = movement vibration = movement And here's the advanced one, electrical impulses. yes electrons.... you guess it, moving!

  8. Your saying that means you missed the point of my post, and so did jon as it seems. oh well, ill carry on misunderstood and y'all carry on selling stuff that doesn't do a bit of good for half the target audience of this forum. Note the gfaphs had huge spikes down low, where most of us want deadening to begin with. So what was your point?Besides sticking up for peel and seal. It reminds me alot of the people who bought a junk woofer and swear by it when everyone else is telling them its junk. They dont want to admit that its not the greatest. If you want to run peel and seal go ahead just stop saying its cheaper and does just as good a job. other then the fact that sound deadner works great for people who aren't loud my underlying original point wasn't a point at all, it was a purpose. Purpose was to allow someone who does a shit ton of work in research to be a better person and calmly prove me wrong. Not be bitched out by nuthuggers and the like. but an ulterior purpose emerges here, the one where i've been silently protesting said nuthugging noobs from day one. Think research test FOR YOUR SELF edit: oh and btw, i'm not sticking up for shit. i truely wanna be convinced, and not doing 100% vs 100% coverage just throws a loop of doubt in my mind.
  9. Check out kingsuv. Newls1 just had some a pillars done by him and they turned out great.

  11. So.... you're saying p&s is such a threat to you that this test was needed? Oh and that despite ignorant haters, it does in fact work, just not ~as~ good? Well then, thanks for clearing all that up. Been saying it for years. Oh and like it or not jon, as a salesman, everything you post will be construed as a sales pitch. Even if it's not.
  12. the rapper is pretty lame. but overall the music is good. i like it. btw. this song also has one of those "random ass drops" in it... it's all in execution homie.
  13. number and size of subs is completly irrelevant. final load to the amp(s) is what's important. If what you're asking is will it be enough power to see good performance out of the subs, then yes, 700 watts give or take per sub will be good for those subs.
  14. a better way to approach this would be "this is my budget, this is my equipment, this is my electrical, please suggest me some amps" straight vs threads are prohibited.
  15. than* lol happy birthday to the oldest oldfag i know speaking of oldfaggotry. to you fuckers posting whales. rule 34 bitches.
  16. my subhorn bring's all the whales to the yard, and i'm like "it's lower then yours"
  17. Absolute most horrifying and life changing thing to ever happen to me. Made me a better person, made me a man, made me... welll. a dad. Congrats OP. you're in for a hell of a journey.
  18. Welcome to the darkside. Want some cookies oh, why yes thank you.
  19. Easy to tell he's lieing like hell, but still a piece of shit for using this kinda story as a cry for attention.
  20. Full-range 80 Hz to 15 kHz performance I'd do 2 and a tweet myself.
