I was hoping you would reply. You really seem to know your bandpasses. But is around 45hz tuning geared more toward the lower end? Also should I go more like 16sq inches for port? Also do the ratios seem about right? Heres my idea. 1 sealed 2.5 ported 35sq port tuned to 45 if you want crazy lows. If dont want to cut out alot of the higher end out tune to around 50 for a happy medium. Heres a BP with lvl 4's tuned to 46 so you can see the lows, just to give you an idea on tuning.

I would say dont play it with the car off. If it drops to low kiss your amp goodbye.

Well what everyone said is true. The alluminum dome tweets can get harsh. I actually like the NEW DD T2 tweets better. They are about as close as you can get the the DDA T28's, But cost HALF the price of a single DDA T28. But you make a good choice

Yes the amps have bass knobs. I even hear they have a clip light as well. I cant say if telephone spitters will allow use of a single remote for all the amps. Only idea I have is get your self a PAC LC-1.

Ive never heard a BAD sounding LVL 5. Bottom line is power handling. less the 3k XL more lvl 5. Done deal.

2 xl's on a 5k would be perfect IMO. But you can't have any clipping. This is so true. Cause unless the amp was wired down in the dirt, the subs would never see 5k. But even if it did they would be fine.

if the deal is right i will. these fi bl's are just about as bad as those T3 tss i tried back in '06, which are definitely the bottom 2 subs ive ever had, even the audiobahns i used to have are higher on my list, lol. for being fi' next to top line sub these things sure are shit. If the go up in smoke no big deal cause there being rebuilt. If you happy then we can get you some ASAP and we will work something out or we will make the deal right. I can tell you .9cu with a 20sq ratio tuned to 38hz will work well. Depending on where there located and how they fire in the vehicle, I would also consider a loading wall about 3-5" from the woofer.
