  1. You must have missed this part... He's getting a fully functional freshly reconed DC Audio 15" Level 4XL for $200.00. Who wouldn't take that offer? lol
  2. Loving the last video man! Care to list those tracks? And I like the follow up on the box rebuild, not gonna lie, those pvc aeros look nice.
  3. Now look what you went and did, he's gonna be gone all night looking for these "girls." 4:1 ratio ftl. And when you do see a cute girl it's always like and then they're like Good Lord.
  4. Just like title. My buddy DGold and I go to school here at Penn State and would like to get some meter time if at all possible. 3 out of the 4 shops I have been to do not have a meter. The one I was at that did didn't know what kind of meter they had? But they were pretty sure they had one... lol Anyway, all help appreciated.
  5. How do you know how to do that, but not voltage?
  6. A lot of it is personal preference. Sometimes if you build two seperate boxes you can get more airspace out of each since it would now fit going in in two pieces... Without the divider, you could also have a higher internal airspace.
  7. What's wrong with ebay?
  8. http://www.remybattery.com/Products/Deka-Intimidator-Battery---9A31__9A31.aspx http://www.shurikenonline.com/ http://www.stingerelectronics.com/ Google is your best friend. lol
  9. Deka Shuriken Stinger All good battery companies, all priced great. More along the lines of "budget batteries." Obviously if you could afford Kinetik or XS Power, go with one of them.
  10. Oh. Well you got me. And I was never claiming anything you said to be incorrect, just thinking too far outside of the box. lol And especially in your second point, I was kind of picturing him as saying that he was paralleling them into the amp as well, but you beat me to it.
  11. I believe he was referencing to multiple subwoofers, as in two. His original post was related to two subs, which is where I came to that conclusion from. In which case would make him correct on the three different achievable ohm loads. And lol at sq. Wutsdat?
  12. Generally the lpf is set to 80hz. 100hz if you are tuned a little higher and listen to a lot of rock. And the subsonic is set to 10hz below your tuning frequency. These are just general setting I typically see used.
  13. Helped my buddy install his first 18"s. Actually the first 18"s i've heard. Can't wait to play some BigPimpin Let My Beat Pound.

  14. It is a remix to the original released by B.O.B. ft. Haley Williams... Original was overplayed as fucking shit.......... I do love the remix with Eminem though. In all honesty though, all of the people bitching gets more annoying than the actual song...
  15. Bass knob, yes... do not want. A lot of amps come with a knob that is related to your gain though. Hence the reason to set your gains either with the remote all of the way up, or unplugged. (same signal) I just don't get people who say they DO NOT run any knob whatsoever... Who wants to drive around blasting 145db listening to music constantly? lol
  16. Ninja flip without edit. Then take your pictures upside right! Any idea on how many spiders exactly? My "Thorshammer" editions had three, my first recone had 4??? Either way, can't wait to get that thing finished!
  17. Yeah i've been following yours a good bit. Actually you are a good part of the reason why I settled on my 15" XL as opposed to a Fi BL. As of right now, air was just pumping into the trunk area from the gap above my box. I'm gonna keep layering tape up top. I'd like to avoid the Foam, but may still shoot the top. This gorilla tape sure is nifty though. Here's a vid with my xl on a blown coil, (leads stitching broke and tinsels were slapping off of cone til they gave. Only one side though) with a little over 1k running to the good one. Waiting for a recone. lol I can't wait to get everything done!
  18. Sounds good. And yep I'm putting some, well at least one "L" bracket on the front. There are already two in the back to hold it pretty still. It's really a 4 ft^3 box, but I shrunk up the inside dimensions when I got my Crescendo 3k in to 3ft^3 using bracing and adding an inner wall. It's heavy as shit for a single fifteen trunk box. lol
