once u get that panel off measure up a 1 inch dowel rod and wedge that thing up in there under the glass that thing will hold it up, put 2 for added bracing lol that way u know that thing wont budge.

check and maybe find a better place for ur ground, does the amp get hot when this happens, make sure its getting enough air flow to keep cool.

U talking in florida or the actuall islands? if its florida just pay a buddy with a truck and go find the nearest HD Lowes or Menards and they will most deffinitly have MDF and Birch wood, just remember 3/4 inch thick or better. Heck even look up a close lumber yard too.

well those subs are pulling every last amount of power u have from ur electrical system which in turn make the alt work overtime cause its trying to recharge ur battery/ batteries(?) do u have any extra batts if not u should get some and also maybe get a bigger alt. that alt is probly saying i need more help casue these huge subs are sucking the life out of me.

check all ur connections again, and if all else fails take the alt to auto zone and have them test it, that could be ur problem.
