in order to run 3-4k, you're going to need the big three, an alt, and a couple agm deep cycle batteries. as far as subs go, look into dc sound lab, digital designs, and t3, just to name a few. there are tons of different companies that make amps that do 3-4k rms; digital designs, audioque, sundown, dc sound lab, stetsom (maybe), and soundigital. however, those are also just a few companies. welcome to the forum by the way. just hang out and research, its amazing how much you can learn from the SMD community.

if they're dvc's, that would give you a 1 ohm load on each amp. i know the aq1200d is 1 ohm stable, im not too sure about the kicker 750 though. as far as the y splitter, i would just do what the others said and get a processor.

what sub(s) are you going to be running? what config. are the voice coils? whats your electrical like?

you need to put in your woofer displacement. for the aero ports, just put in how many you're going to use, the diameter of said aero ports, and the length. just mess with them until you get the tuning you want.

i would just deaden the whole thing. only because with all the vibration and the resonance of sheet metal, its probably going to find somewhere to rattle. two layers should do the trick, just do the entire lid and what you can inside the trunk.
