Ok I recently installed an E8 v1 in a friends car. The box is .6 ft^3 tuned at 30hz (on the sundown site). It worked great for about the first two weeks and then a couple of days ago(the weekend sometime) apparently it started making a noise so i took it out and looked at it and i could see anything hitting no burnt coil no loose tinsels or anything. So i put it back in and I here the noise its like a metallic clicking but the weird thing is that the bass still hits normal its like something is rubbing or something. Please help!!!!! Question for Jacob at the bottom.

personally i wouldnt wall it now because if you are going to wall it later this year it would be a waste of effort, time, and money to do that. As far and sub/port direction i think (dont quote me im prolly wrong) hatches are best like sub/port up to utilize the hatch to "throw" the sound forward.

so you are wanting to do one channel to each sub? or bridge the amp to one channel and put the channel to the two subs?

they prolly had rigged the wires to arc and put the wick between them.

So so fake lol the definatly had a couple m80 firecrackers in the box lol. that is why they didnt have it in the car lol.
