Does the quality of speaker wire actually matter?

I am going to ask you the stupid question here did you plug all the connectors from the psu to the motherboard and GPU assuming its a pci-e card? like the gpu 4/8 pin power to the motherboard and the 20/24 pin. and did you check to make sure everything is still seated correctly in the motherboard?

Thats odd for you to say something sounds like you are a clarion nut huger or a fanboy. Anyways that's besides the point. I probably got a few lemons who knows. I nit picked that thing apart I will glady take my kenwood any day of the week over the clarion. Btw just to let you know that head units rca voltage was measured using the sticky on here, me and 5 other people tested it and got the same voltage and that includes the shop I bought it from. Like I said they are a great brand just don't buy head units from them.

Clarion is an okay company as long as you stay away from their headunits. I have the cz500 and it has been the worse head unit from day one. I have had 2 replacements. After a year my Bluetooth quit working good luck on getting read cd's my usb port just quit. The preout voltage is rated at 4volts I measured and only got 1 volt. No Highpass filters. I pod navigation is difficult. I will never by another headunit from them again.

If go single din I would recommend the kenwood x995 Maybe a high output alt and a battery to keep up. I say the same thing that everyone else has about the subs.
