get the single level 3 D4 ohm and wire it @ 2ohms on a AQ1200D that gives you head room to later on add a second level 3 D4 ohm and wired the pair @ 1 ohm to the AQ1200D

what do u clamp with that xl on the aq2200 cause im gettin 2 xls and thanking about aq2200s strapped @ 1 havent clamped it yet and im still awaiting the XL from DC ill clamp it when i get the sub and let everyone know but that would be a good setup just make sure you have the electrical to back up the .5 ohm load on each amp

nicee i put two single 4 ohm kenwood twelves(400 RMS) in a prefab qlogic ported box on my AQ2200D @ 2 ohm and it suprised me it was making my hat on the dash shake and flexing my doors a lil bit and the license plate rattler is horrible no deadner though no tellin my my XL 18" is gunna do to it once its in there

yes sir im in houston, off i-45, by spring. a little bit north from greenspoint(gunspoint). nice, my buddys girlfriend lives up there and hes up there all the time you gunna be at heatwave? when will that be? the houston one is june 17th-19th that i will go for sure. not competing though. i wont be competing either may have one of my trucks in the show though should have a few friends in it too im going and saving some monies for it. gas is a bitch now adays

wow makes a lot of sense. i always thought about the math equation is a bit difficult. thanks for the help guys. EDIT: on the clamp meter, and ddm, would you guys recommend using radio shack clamp and ddm? i happen to work at radio shack and get 50% off discount on home brands no problem i would probally use a DMM from there but id get a Clamp meter from sears or something a good AC/DC clamp meter
