  1. Maybe 2 12s? I would do level 4 xls or 5s depending on the power. It'll give them about 2.5 cubes after displacements.
  2. No, I highly doubt it. IIRC sundowns are rated at 12.8 volts, i could just image what those put out in a normal application (13.4-14.4 volts.) Imo, those prices are a ripoff
  3. I chose XL because Thorshammer told me that itll like 2000wrms more than a level 5. We were talking about 15s though. I dont see why 18s would be differen.. Yes, you can do that for a daily driver..many people are
  4. Haha, ur totally kidding? Should i be worried? Yeah, I'm in the same boat as you moneywise. I just bought a SAZ-3000D though
  5. Ooh, srry..lol. I think the only way the 15s would fit is to wall off the accord.
  6. The SSDs have more cone area and have a higher rated RMS. That should answer the question
  7. http://www.amazon.com/Rockford-Fosgate-Balanced-Line-Driver/dp/B001P86SJ8/ref=sr_1_fkmr1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1282317207&sr=8-3-fkmr1 http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_22635_Rockford+Fosgate+RF-BLD.html
  8. okay, thanks. I was using the general rule of 3-5 cubic feet of airspace per 15.
  9. Would there be an audible difference between 2 12" DC Level 4 XLs on a SAZ-3000D in 5 cubes (maximum box size for great efficiency) and 2 15" DC Level 4 XLs on a SAZ-3000D in about 7.5-8 cubes? The enclosure for the 15s would be less efficient, but it would have more cone area. What would be a better setup? Or would the difference be too subtle to tell?
  10. I was hoping Rusty or Thorshammer would pm me a price
  11. How much for a 12" Level 4 XL shipped to 10509?
  12. Yeah, you have PLENTY of room (about 20 cubes before displacements)
  13. Nice false advertising for the RF amp. It literally took me 15 seconds on my iPod touch to find the correct specs. I posted this to save the buyer disappointment. Thank me later http://www.rockfordfosgate.com/products/product_details.asp?item_id=100033&locale=en_US
  14. Thanks for taking a shot at it. You used math, so it makes sense
  15. BUMP. What would you expect a Sundown SAZ-3500D to put out at about 1 ohm at 13.8 volts?
  16. Im looking for (2) Sundown SAZ-1500s, a SAZ-3000D, or a SAZ-3500D. The amps need to be working and cant have any major damage.
