Yes, it could. If you put the old BTLs in one box, and the N2s in another. You would need 2 amps as well (unstrapped). Techforce uses different subs.
I wouldn't recommend it. It's an unnecessary hassle imo.

My cousin has 2 12" Fi Qs on a Kicker 2500 in his Cherokee. He has the factory speakers on some Pioneer deck. When the bass knob is turned up, you can barely hear the mids.
You'd probably want upgraded mids and highs for a ~5kwrms sub stage.
