    How does that work out? I really think you should just stick to RMS, or just above it. Max power handling depends on MANY things- the user, box, port, etc

    Why not? Rockford has nice components. I still think he needs an amp behind them though. SQ- as in having proper time alignment, no major peaks, stellar crossovers, etc? A "SQ" system and a system that just sounds good are 2 completely different things.

    I HATE how restricted Apple is, with a burning passion. I would only consider it if you could jailbreak. I would just get a Motorola XOOM. I'm more advanced and want more from my devices though...so an iPad may be perfect for you (if you just have basic needs). Edit: as said above, tablets simply can't replace a good laptop. Mac ftw?
