What amps?

I recommend two pioneer championships with the AP1500, unless you can upgrade the electrical to support the current draw of the AP3000

Power Acoustik...SPL....in the same sentence? Banging on a budget sucks but I would just keep saving so I could get some actual quality stuff. I mean...you want loud SPL, moving the most air...then think its possible on a $300 budget. I spent more than that on one sub alone, lol. I can appreciate budgets, but there comes a point when you have to match your budget with what you're trying to accomplish. I'd look at two pioneer championships, and AP for an amp. Probably just about your best bet if you want brand new. If you can do used, look on Craigslist

it really depends on your setup and the enclosure. the BTLs can really take a beating and sound beautiful while getting down. one AQ3500 per 18 will be great, but there are a lot of factors to consider. if youre new, id suggest just running the AQ3500 per sub at 1 ohm. and make sure you have the electrical to back it up. i personally run my BTLs at 2000 per coil daily. most ive ever run was 2500 watts per coil and i loved it but a little too much for me.

will you be using the trunk at all? theres no reason why you wouldnt have enough space for one 15. but why not two 12s? and then save up for a good amp. if you cant wait to increase your budget one 15 then and a nice amp under $700 is cake. will you be building the box?

i dont think he was asking how to do wire the amps, i think he was refering to the fact he has been told anything above 1000watts need 0g, but obviously the amps are not built to take 0g right away. although i think that kind of answers the question. not every install i do is trying to hit numbers, but are daily drivers and very rarely will i go above the required wiring for these normal daily setups. i mean, logic would dictate, if the amp TRULY needed 0g to run it would have it yeah?
