Do you mean RF? Rockford Fosgate by chance? F and D are right next to each other on the keyboard. EDIT: ninja answered question
-
Maybe I'm just thinking too hard. But who is RD?
-
DD's is right. Glue is what does the work. The clamps take the place of screws basically. Just holding the piece while the glue dries. I use an air nailer and the clamps. Nails are alot easier to conceal with putty than a screw head.

broke till friday, tis payday for me. I wish i could be building it now, i tried to con my parents into buying me the materials for well being their son and all. then they made me pay for dinner ftl. lol j/k Now that you mention it.... Funny thing is that I actually asked my boss for a pay advance one friday so I could afford to buy materials to make my current box! I just couldn't wait the 3 days until payday.

Do you have any massive clamps to squeeze the box while the glue dries? They are not completely needed. But they help and keep things square. But if you dont do alot of boxes it isnt worth it.
-
That seems really tricky and the width at the corner would be far form constant.

Alt to chassis? Like a ground for the alternator? Should the alternator just ground through its own casing into the engine block? -

One positive from the alternator to the battery. Then usually three grounds form the battery to the frame, engine block, and car body. Just follow the wires from your battery and replace them. -
