That's fucked up. The fact that the manager can't enter for 24 hours is fucked up too. I mean they own the place. They should be able to enter when ever they want during emergencies.

I drive to a local car shop when I need things welded. They are usually really nice and will weld it for free or for a couple bucks. Depends how busy they are. I know what you're talking about though. EXO has one on his truck but I don't know if it was bought or hand made.

He says it costs about $35. Seems like you could easily make one with a cheap caulk gun, some metal rod, and some welding.

You can make your own. I don't think I have seen a pre-make one. The simplest design I have seen basically hooks onto the wheel and pushed the gas pedal down as you squeeze the handle.
