Im not hating. I got all my wiring for my mids and hight at Walmart and Pep Boys. lol Ditto. It does the job, and I think it looks kinda cool personally.

Anyone ever bothered using something like this? I've seen mixed reviews on them, but I'm tired of my Pioneer 6x9's & love my CCX6.5's, plus I'm too half assed to try & make a bracket to fix them.

If you can afford the power I'd go with a bunch of 8's or 10's. Most you'll prolly get out of 8 cubes would prolly be a couple 15's, maybe 18's if you overpower them.. I think the wall of 8's would look awesome if you can back the power up for it, but that's just me. you do what you think will look best.

Up close, they peak out around 140dB, but as for farther away, anywhere from 100-120dB depending on where you're at and how good the crew is at positioning the line array's.

2 AQ SDC2.5 12" baskets/motors, great for someone who wants more speakers & knows how to recone, or wants a cheap good system for less than new. No, that's what he's there for. all this is gonna get redone with mids and highs for my senior project so this is just to mess around with. and hahaha very funny but Ive never seen any deers around. I know, I'm just picking and saying my personal preference. Eminence ASD10001S's are VERY reliable HF drivers for the price ($26 from Parts Express when I got them) and you could probably throw them on any decent 1" exit threaded horn and the highs will blow you away. Shoulda just molded everything to the body. Woulda looked much better than a giant block of wood sticking out. You won't like those Piezo horns for long. Those suckers do not last, and IMHO sound like shit. I'm a fan of titanium CD's though, NEVER had a problem with Peavey RX14's & Eminence ASD's in my big speakers. No, that's what he's there for.

7 Cubes? Seems a little much to me unless you're underpowering them...

Do the right thing. Ask them about it, maybe someone made an error somewhere, & if it ends up that way, they may give you the BOTD and cut you down a bit. You never know. But in all seriousness, ask them and see what happened. May have been an error on their part, may be what your bank does. You never know till you ask. Just don't be a cheap sh*t and run with the money and an amplifier.
