i borrowed this from my sister. i was talking shit before i did it. absolutely no joke. 20 mins in my shirt is soaking wet. the personal trainers on the video who are in super good shape are on the ground huffing and puffing. dont talk shit unless youve tried this. my sis bf lost 30 lbs on it. he is a smaller guy. i did it for about 2 weeks then i got sick and had to stop. if you can do the whole fit test without stopping thats one hell of an accomplishment. i bet 95% of this whole site cant do that. my .02 cents and i tried and have used the videos.
