    So the axis woofers are quad 1ohm coils so should i do one aq3500d.1 at .5ohm or two aq2200's strapped at 2 ohm??

    I would say your problem is that optimas are not meant to charge at 15+ volts. Batteries like kinetik, xspower, shuriken, etc. will take the 15 volt charge. I would just swap out the optima and call it a day.

    My cvx's lasted about two years they were awesome not sure what happened to one woofer it locked up but still metered a perfect 2ohm a coil.

    CVR's will handle some abuse but tend to have tinsel breakage/burning problems, the p3's will take more than their rated power all day ported or sealed. i would say p3's are Rockford's most durable woofer. Just look at the Rockford sound lab they could use any sub at their disposal and they use p3 15s make you kinda wonder doesn't it.

    Planet is good for beginner stuff the amps seem like they always die prematurely, not the highest quality stuff out there but decent i would have went sundown too.

    I'm going to be doing a very similar electrical on my scion. I talked to dc power last night also going to get one of their 270xp alternators, a shuriken skbt80 up front and a skbt100 out back another if I need it!!! I would say we are on the same page. I'm going to run an aq35001d not sure on subs yet.

    Looking at either rockford t1004, cadence zrs c4, kicker zx850.4,or a crescendo audio 1000c4 for the highs. The price of the crescendo amazing i might just go that route or for another $100 I can get the kicker.

    Well contacted dc power and I'm going to be ordering their 270xp alternator when it comes out for my tc in a few weeks. I can get the hook up on shuriken batteries so I'm going to try and run a skbt80 up front and skbt100 out back. That should give me about 450 amp capacity. That should be good for an aq35001d and a large four channel. Though I may need to add another skbt-100 to the back.

    Ok I just sold off some old equipment, so its time to start buying some new stuff. I have my heart set on the audio que 35001d. I need some recommendations on two 12" woofers that will survive its power. I like the the sound of kicker and jbl woofers. So anything with high power handling and relatively good sound quality is the goal. I'm thinking like two tc sounds axis woofers, two cadence daytona's, something differnt than dc's or Fi's that everyone does.

    Heres a recent build rockford t25001cp and t10004 with four brand new t1 12"s Highs in the back deck rockford 4way 6x9s, pyramid super tweeters, and american bass 6.5" mids.

    Scytek is garbage the remotes always die,stay away same with boyo cameras aswell they usually only last about 6-8 months before we have to warranty them. As far as the alarm goes stick with either a dei or compustar product.If you want a remote start on a manual I wouldn't do anything but a compustar, and I have a dei and a compustar on two different manual cars.
