this is true, once you are using all the power your alt is putting out, you will need to draw power from the battery and that means lower voltage until you have a chance to charge but, I'm running stock (60A) alt and stock battery on my honda, and while it sounds decent, I know I'm getting voltage drop like a mother first thing I'm doin when I get it back is getting a decent HO alt, and maybe a small battery in the back ty

not sure if youre doing this on subs or speakers, but impedance is the ohms thing wiring them in parallel will divide your load in two, and series will add the two loads... you are wiring them in parallel. what ohms are your speakers? and what level are you trying to hook them up at the amp? ty

I have always wondered about whats best, what about like a sorta quarterwave or tline tuned for the higher frequencies? wouldnt that make it hella short compared to a tline for bass? A tline tuned at around 150 hz would be less than two feet, maybe im just crazy haha

yeah i try and stay away from the ebay crap i got a spool of 250' of "8" gauge wire for like 50 bucks. It cant be more than 12 gauge. its great for speaker wire tho haha ty
