    Not trying to thread jack but i have a noob question whats the best frequency to tune to and still have decent spl output. is 33hz a good medium of lows and still could bassrace at a 41hz note and still be loud

    Just keep looking out there are a few people on this site that will do designs for a little amount of cash or even for free. Check out RAMDESIGNS on here i think thats his username he does some nice designs.

    Okay just wanna say thank you to CJ once again for the help... And to say i love the product dropped the 1.2k down to 1 ohm and man the sub is loving it.... DC FTW!!!!!!

    I got my 1.2k yesterday had everything out and the dc amp in looks great except for after i hooked everything to the amp the power kicks on and off but no sound??? Really dont know what happened just wanna get it up and working so i can rep dc all the way at my next comp.. Everything is hooked up right just no sound if anyone has any ideas let me know. Or if you know what the problem is rusty

    I have a 120 amp alt or at the highest a 140 amp alt but to be on the safe side lets say 120amp

    alright just was wondering. cuz someone i was talking to today made me think that was possible but i had doubts so i came to my version of a professional opinion.. So all i need is to replace the battery up front to the biggest xs or kinetik battery i can get and that should do me good? the big 3 will be done but not for a couple months...

    that is correct kam311 is that possible? If not would it hurt having a stock bettery and a small kinetik or xs in the back? i just dont wanna spend more than 300 bucks for a new battery and wire if i could run the amp on its own battery then replace batteries when that dies

    Dont wanna run a multiple battery setup or have to upgrade alts and everything right yet till i know if the car is always gonna be here... So i wanna run my amp off its own battery how would i do this? Its not a huge amp but i want it to get proper power Its the dc 1.2k. what battery would i want?? price isnt that big of a deal but the less exspencive the better

    Or how about if i was to get a seperate battery just for the amp and have the front battery running the car and the back one on the amp how would i do that???

    also do you ground the second battery? and if so how? and do i need a fuse for that wire too?

    i only need two fuses right? one under the hood going from main battery to the amp and on the wire going from front battery to back battery?

    So i was going to upgrade the fuse upfront to a 200 amp fuse do i need one by the amp or a bigger fuse? and then get a 200 amp fuse for the wire going to the back battery do i need to fuse it up front by the battery and in back by the rear battery on the wire going to the positive terminals?
