He's doing okay His radio went out on him and he hasn't had a chance to get it warrantied yet... almost brand new. The system has a terrible engine noise so it's un-listenable due to the bad radio. We did get a single 3000D in there, it is louder now. Doesn't meter well due to the oddly shaped box but it is about to blow that Bronco apart.

If you can get them on the same box face (eg: both up) that would work well.

Output levels would be similar comparing four sealed to two ported - enclosure size would also be about the same.

1 - 1.5" in front is plenty. --- Nitro, I sold out of the first run @ $65 shipped each. I will continue to offer that price for a bit when I get some back in stock.

Four sealed will sound great, IMO If you want to use a full 200 or so watts you need to keep the box small. The motor on these guys is really strong up to the suspension limits so you can get them to break something with too much excursion. Granted, the only thing that you will break is the spider loose from the basket... but its still a pain to take the sub out and glue it back down.

0.5 to 0.6 cubes tuned to around 35 Hz works very well. Getting a bunch of bass from a trunk with one eight might be a little challenging, though Can you mount the box under the rear deck and fire the sub and port through openings in the rear deck ?

How big did the box end up being ?

Yep, roughly the end of the year is still my ETA Would love to have them faster but there is alot on Sundown's plate right now.
