    try using rubber washers on the bolts that hold in the dash kit if possible

    i'm just wondering what the company is like, i applied to be an assembly worker, and i also applied to an entry level cnc position. i'm hoping i can get the job since its literally 100 feet from where i will be going to college at.

    you need to get the r134a evacuated from the system and prehaps flush the system depending how badly the compressor degraded. after that if all your hoses check out and what not pull a vaccum on the system after you re install the compressor. then charge it with a gauge set to factory specifications Edit: dont forget to make sure the compressor has enough compressor oil in it

    keep it simple, 1 amp= less headaches. you dont hvae to gain match and what not

    you could do it with a really short run of 4 gauge. like less than 2 feet long. but if you can spend the money on a bc2k you should be able to afford a good 0 gauge kit
