I did a search and none of the threads with these keywords helped so. I have 2 bc5500's strapped atm. One of the threads said I should check both amps with the dd1. On the amps when you strap you do + speaker to + of one amp and - speaker to + of second amp. Then jump the -'s of both amps together. So when I check the second amp do I connect the dd1 to the - of the second amp since technically its the + or do I connect to the + of the second amp just like I would the first amp. If that all makes sense. thanks for the help in advance.

The 1k is gold and the 1100 is mostly black. I don't know much about the 1k but the 1100 has a pretty good xover setup. But mostly the heatsink colors.

I got one on 2 zcon 15's at 1 ohm....have played it full tilt over an hour while driving and it didnt even warm up...great amp for the money.

With my pioneer I have an addon that lets me connect a hard drive. I have a 80 gig sitting in the back of my car that I just leave in there which is nice. Was going to upgrade to about a terabyte just to fill up with stuff I collect. It may seem overkill but oh well. Won't have to carry cd's around.

Will have to adjust your gain to match your output voltage.

Hey whats up. Haven't really posted that much here but have done quite a bit of reading. Noticed not really any xb's around, so figured I'd throw mine up here. It's a silver 08 xb. Only car mod really is the 18" enkei's I threw on her. Cut out the middle of the hubcaps and affixed them to the center caps on the enkei's. The xcons when I got them. Finding the center to cut out the speaker holes. First one I got out with a circle jig. Tried to cut some out free-hand with a router and they came out horrible so bought the circle jig and they came out much better. While working on the box UPS showed up with the AP3k. Test fitting the xcons in the baffle. Caulking up the box. Painting the box flat black with some behr paint. Thats all the pics I have for now. This is the first box I've actually taken my time and tried to do right. Just waiting on the dayton binding post to show up so I can put those in and finish painting the box. The box will be 3cf each chamber sealed. Going sealed atm just cus I'm tight on space and I tend to like the sound better sealed anyways. Other audio I have atm: Pioneer deh-7900 with the hard drive attachment and 80 gig hard drive. Stock components in the front doors - Will most likely replace with some PG RDS 6.5's and a small amp to go with them. Optima blue top for starting and Yellow top in the back. DC Power 320amp alt. 2/0 gauge welding cable running front to back Knu rca's - replacing with longer ones from monoprice when they show up. Knu 1/0 for my big 3 - Will prolly replace with 2/0 welding cable here soon. Various brand fuse holders and terminals - knu, kicker, fosgate. Will most likely be taking out the spare to put the yellow top down there and build a amp rack to go under the speaker box with some kind of fan system.
