  1. Damn rolex i really appreciate the input bro. I knew you said that you were gonna post some info but this is way above and beyond what i expected man....
  2. Welcome to the forum... FYI you MAY not want to start off on a new forum saying you were banned from another one...
  3. Yes you will pay a little bit more for the Corbon but its WELL worth it The hydrashocks are great rounds and they do really well and are reliable From the guys i have talked to that run the HST they just have more expansion and create a larger wound cavity which in the name of self defense you want a round that does the most damage because its more likely to stop the threat... The Hornady TAP is a VERY reliable round as well and in my personal experience it has performed very well and all the tests i watched for ballistics showed it performs well also
  4. The BEST results i have gotten so far is from the TAP FPD and Corbon DPX that shit has some RETARDED expansion
  5. The HST is very similar to your hydra shok rounds bro.... Check out Hornady Tap FPD ammo as well... I have been using that for my 40 and 45 and it performs VERY well... I didnt like the critical duty but the critical defense is nice... If you really want a bad ass round... Check out Corbon DPX... Its really nice stuff
  6. Ya then after that i think i want to free float my barrel and make a few other minor alteratons to my AR
  7. damn that looks BAD ASS
  8. you'll be hard pressed to find a forum that is like this one LOL...
  9. Nice... I am going to look into the Spikes and some other options to see what i can find between 3.5-4.5lb trigger
  10. So the 3.5lb trigger gives you some resistance but still breaks smoothly right? I know with the 2.5lb trigger on my 270 Hunting rifle that if you sneeze on the trigger its going off lol
  11. Whats an FCG? I know what a BCG is I mean the lowest i would think of running is probably 3lbs... I have a 2.5lb trigger on my bolt action 270 and I LOVE IT just not sure if i should run that light on my AR
  12. I mean the trigger is bearable but it is rough and has quite a bit of slack in it before you feel it start to engage.... Im not looking to run a hair trigger i would just like to run a nice clean 4-4.5lb trigger that is smooth and breaks cleanly...
  13. No there are not any other springs with it... Apparently the trigger has 2 notches in it that if you switch spring position it will lighten trigger?? ** Just going by what is in the print
  14. The other thing that is plaguing me is that in my owner's manual for my Ar-15 it says that it came with an adjustable trigger
  15. Trying to decide if i should just have a trigger job done on my ar 15 or if a drop in trigger would be a better option Im looking at Timney and JP... Anyone with experience with either input is appreciated
  16. Well the initial cost can be expensive to get the equipment but you do save like a dollar or two a 50 cal round. After a few hundred it adds up. My dad even keeps the shells oh I know. Ive got enough semi expensive calibers to shoot. im still scared to work on my own reloading but im collecting brass for when i do get the nerve. It's a labor of love for sure, if you paid retail saves you time, but reloading ur own you can totally customize your shot. I don't have enough experience with it, but my dad has his own reloading both and at one time he and his buddy was stoked on reloading their shit. It allows you to really dial in for accuracy/consistency because you can make sure that you are getting the SAME amount of powder for every round etc...
  17. Jesus Stang... Thats alot of liquor lol
  18. I agree with this... I'd say this is different because the guy who passed was a hot rod enthusiast so this was the community's way of paying respects to him... PLUS they didnt actually do it IN the graveyard ** On a side note the black camaro in that vid was bad ass
  19. I stand corrected i did actually find 1st and 2nd degree Manslaughter... My apologies
