If I have no escape route then him and my car foor will have some extra holes if that's what is necessary to stop the threat **Being someone who has been in more than 1 scenario where my gun was used.. 1 still living 1 taking a dirt nap... IF you can avoid deploying your weapon than do it because it's an expensive/stressful ride after the fact... If you have to use it make sure to neutralize the threat **

Look at the clarity/color difference... **The 1st week of bottling was done in the basement for carbonation purposes...** The longer beer sets bottled the more the clarity comes through and flavors develop/change/diminish...Home brewing isn't for the impatient

Ordered a 2nd batch today. Should be here in a few days then it will be off to the races I am going to take my time on this brew. I estimate it will take 5-6 weeks for completion but will be worth it in the end Its a "Pale Ale" but I am going to tweak it a bit

It's a lot of fun. Just as rewarding as watching an audio system come together
