Now dont get me wrong i was NOT badmouthing the 7.62x51 in any way shape or form because its still a bad ass rifle.... I just wanted him to know that purchasing that caliber SOLELY for range shooting would be quite a bit more expensive for the hobby lol.... You can get the steel cased ammo shit for a 5.56 for a few hundred dollars for 1000+ rounds... Yes its dirty shit but all you need to do is clean your weapon well after you shoot it...

AMEN.... Red Jacket is FULL of a bunch of idiots. I saw 1st hand the quality of their builds that are out for sale on one of the other gun sites im on. The guy purchased a 1911 for WAY more than he should've paid and it broke after like 500 rounds.... But the price alone they wanted was RIDICULOUS....

Yes i would buy it bro... That is a good deal. I have seen those weapons go for well into the thousands... It will be a Neat collector piece... Even if you do overpay for it a bit its STILL a cool gun
