Is it necessary to do the grounds the same way or can it be done to the frame on both ends instead?

Basically I need an Alpine CDA-9886 Faceplate. It's for my build. I'm doing a custom install with my Alpine unit and I need the second faceplate for cosmetic purposes. Doesn't have to work but would like it in decent condition. Also an Alpine CDA-9884, 9885, 9887 faceplate will work. Let me know what you guys have please. Thanks!

Ok so I've had a for sale thread up for a while now, I guess only about a week or so. But I went to bump it up today and got an Alert for Malware detection. Thought maybe it was just a glitch, but I've tried on a few different threads, and I get it on some but not others. Here's my for sale thread, so if someone can see if they get it too?
