  1. I gotcha. I use to have an '89 escort GT. It was a fun little car. It was 5.25" all the way around. i thought the '91 might be different. Oh well. Yeah take some pics. good luck.
  2. Do you have open the rear covers to fit those speakers? Looks like they'll drop right in. As for the front speakers aren't they 5x7's as well? If they are just make a plate out of 1/4's mdf the same as a speaker and mount some components on it. If not a matching 5x7 would be good enough for the front. Kick Panels are great but, I assume you are on a tight budget and minimum amount of resources.
  3. my thoughts and prayers goes out to the family and friends.
  4. x2 ITS ALL DOWN HILL FROM HERE!!!!!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY, LIVE IT UP!!!!!
  5. Well this ain't my truck its a co-workers of mine. If I had the money I would probably take it off her hands because this truck is clean, a virgin (no modifications and clean title) and she is the original owner. The mileage is high (150,000) but, it was her commuter truck and she was the first owner. She commutes backand forth everyday from Los Banos to San Jose (about a one hour drive with no traffic three to four with). Its fully loaded, Power locks and windows, V6 4.3, automatic, cruise control, a/c. Basically everything short of a body kit this truck has. She's not looking for trades but make a serious offer and I'll take it to her. I'll only bring her serious prospectors no tire kickers, cross country sales, or out of country. Have to come and pick the truck up in person.
  6. OH YEAH!!!!! WE GONNA BREAK THAT THING IN PROPER. LOOKS LIKE IT WILL BE A FUN TIME. LOL

  8. I'm not one to talk shit so I'm not gonna start. I am laughing my ass off over here though. I think its gonna be one hell of a season. I honestly wish everyone good luck, may all their equipment hold up as well as their vehicles through the whole season. Our Team Stir up shit last season with the SPLMAX CUP and this year we intend to keep stirring it up by bring the whole West Coast in on it. Lets get these Teams formed and show the WORLD the WEST COAST ain't no Joke. Gonna copy this to the other thread.........
  9. I think the idea is great!!!!!! However, going into business with friends and even family can be a sticky situation. Good Luck.
  10. The latest Matrix: http://www.termpro.com/dbdrag/rules/2008/matrix08.html Street Max is still combined. Now this is what I was waiting for. Rumor had it that there will be a product list to choose from for the new classes. FREESTYLE STREET STOCK A STREET STOCK B If you go to termpro and reads Wayne's thread in the "Members Only" section. He explains that he talked to certain companies who are suppose to support these classes. Now we are waiting again to see the list of companies. The classes looks interesting. Again now that we have the classes we need the rules to back them up. Now I agree we need to finalize where Finals is gonna be at so we can all get on the ball and get ready for that and decide who is actually gonna go. There is less than 9 months to go.
  11. I FUCKING LOVE IT!!!!!!! WHAT A WALKING CONTRADICTION. HOW THE HELL YOU GONNA BE "TEAM BROKE ASS" WITH CUSTOM NAMED POWER WIRE........ PIMP SHIT BILL

  13. www.dbdragracing.com www.splmax.com hopefully those help.
  14. Man did you pull that thing out of a bottom of a landfill? whats up with all that dirt in the motor? From your previous pics looks like you know what your doing. Is this something you do on the side for some cash or just for fun?
  15. http://www.soundmekanix.com/2007Website/Fr...age2007new.html I believe he is the judge for your area. Give him an email and get on his emailing list.
  16. Damn Bro, I never knew that happened. I always assumed you just got tired of the constant changing of the rules and the constant changing out of equipment to get ready for the next show. Then I thought maybe Team Bio just had a falling out. Who knows. Anyways bro you have definately made a mark in the car audio community. I think it would be some sick shit for you to hook up with someone like Boyd, Foose or Jesse James and get down on a ultimate car audio monster. Lets face it bro you are equivalant to what they are in their industries as you are to car audio. I like Bass Race too. Just becasue of the simple fact your using the equpiment what its made for "play music". Also because its about control and not how loud you can go. Maybe it is in 159.9 class. I can't leave DB Drag. The rules are what make it a challenge. Pushing the rules and the equipment is what also makes it fun. The adrenaline is not there like Bass Race but, the satisfaction you get is the same. Oh and just in case anyone was wondering the '08 Matrix is below: http://www.termpro.com/dbdrag/rules/2008/matrix08.html
  17. Another Team DC member? Man you guys are spreading like wildfire..... Is this setup gonna be done by autorama? Looks sick man. Can't wait to see more pics.
  18. If its Cali shows your looking for you should got to www.sonicfxaudio.com Now if it some other state check with the judges site for that area. Db Drag website won't put the event up until it is payed for. the judges will normally posted on there so they know not to over book. You can find the judges for your area on the db drag site.
  19. WOW!!!! That is some fucked up shit!!!!!!! Really makes Hawaii look bad too. As if Dawg the bounty hunter didn't do that already.
  20. http://www.knukonceptz.com/productMaster.c...20Fuse%20Blocks That set up ain't too bad. I think the KND-23 KNf-23 are matching. We used a Phoenix Gold power and ground matching blocks before but, I can't find them any where. They were nice but, expensive. /\/\/\ do you sell that? and how much? I use to use a stinger all in one distribtion block but, melted the shit out of it
  21. Digital Desgin Woofers come that way. By many people they are referred to as the best woofer money can buy (because they are so damn expensive). Rusty carrys and has ran those woofers. The design is simple. Copper to copper is the best possible connection you can get. The recommended way to attach the wire leads are by good old wire nuts that electricains use. True it doesn't look pretty but, there is no loss. If that is an option on a lvl 5 woofer then you better know what the hell your doing already.
  22. I llike it. Its just like another manufacture out there, which there theory makes sense about not using connectors or soddering anything. Now if its true I don't know. Nice design.
