Hey guys, I'm getting ready to head to the shop to finally get my set-up on the meter, and I was looking for some sweeps to help find peak frequency. I'd like to have one from low to high, and one from high to low. I have plenty of tones, i need some sweeps. Can anyone help? Thanks.

I found a 50 pack of 1/4" t-nuts on ebay for $7 I think, and I went to Lows and got a lot of bolt for less than $10 And yes 1/4 will work out just fine for ya! Plus the 1/4" tnuts are easier to find!

I thought so... Damn it man! I ran a 9k to a pair for a season. With my experience I'm trying to get away from overpowering that much to save some cost on the eventual re-cones. This X2 If you do it right, it's not really permanent, it could be un-done. Have you ever seen what some of the body shops have to do to fix some of the wrecked vehicles? Just sayin, don't be so scared to cut it up... Later on if you decided you wanted it back to original, it could be done. If they can replace the entire roof after a roll over, and know one notice, then surely they could fix a cut-out in the back of the cab... Just some food for thought

Okay, to start with, it's a mono amp, therefor you would want a single chamber, single port. And the two speaker outputs are so you can run more than one positive and negative, if you need to. They don't all have to be used. The 2 positives are the same, and the negatives are the same. To get the wiring your looking for, wire the positives together on each sub, then the negatives on each sub. Then your positive from the amp goes to one of the positives on each sub, and the same with the negative. Negative from the amp to one of the negatives on each sub. And then you should be wired to 1 ohm. Hope this helps.

So a friend called me up today, and said he was in a spot for Christmas, and wanted to sell his amp. I first offered to loan him some money, but he said he was going to get a new one after Christmas anyway. So, he made me a deal I couldn't refuse. I brought this home for $100. It's a Peavey Vypyr guitar amp and the matching Peavey Sanpera 1 foot pedal. Here is a little video I took of him showing me how to use it. It does a lot of different shit. I am pumped! Check it out! Now I just gotta get sharpened up! I've played on and off since I was 7, (32 now), but not so much the past 4 or 5 years. But it's like riding a bike, once you learn you never forget. Like I say, just need to sharpen up a little. So, does anyone else play? Or have a band? Comments? Thank you!
