Yeah if i were looking to paint the box i would have gone with mdf but im not quite sure if i want to cover it in fabric or leave the wood finish. Ill Possibly stain it.

Thanks man i figured id be fine especially since im gonna resin the inside all the way, my dad has worked with lots of different types of woods for making house cabinets to making two extra rooms in our shop and building boxes, he wouldnt tell me to buy something that was complete shit, and for 28 dollars you cant really go wrong.

Idk about the grade, i just know that its AC 7 ply plywood, 3/4 inch, we made sure to find the best piece without any imperfections, this wood didnt look or feel too different than the 45 dollar birch ply so i went with it. I hope it works good.

Damn O_O it was only 28 dollars so if it is crap im not losing much, but i havent been given a legit reason its crap, i guess ill use it and find out wether i like it or not. Ive tried predrilling mdf and still it cracks on me so idk :/

Well my dad hates mdf because of how easily it splits and the mess that it makes when being cut, and we wanted to get something a bit lighter than mdf, would there be a noticable difference in strength and sound between mdf, 7 ply birch, and this 7 ply plywood?

Well it was on sale at my local home depot for 28 dollars vs 45 dollars this 7 ply birch i was looking at which didnt look or feel too different so i went with the cheaper one, its 7 ply plywood. Noticably lighter than mdf and felt just as strong.

Well my car is in the paint booth and now that it's all taken a part I figured I might as well smoke out my tailights and turn indicators, my question is, how have you all done it and what have been your results? i'm looking to get a glossy finish as if they came blacked out stock, I want to make them as dark as possible without completely ruining the transparency of the lights, and what paint have you used? is there a specific type of paint to smoke lights? what's your favorite type of paint if you have done it?

So I have a toshiba satellite series laptop, one of the ones that got re-called a few years back for overheating issues, i've found my way around the overheating issue but right now it's doing something else, when I turn it off or put it in sleep mode it will not come back on, the harddrive and processor turns on but the screen stays off, the only way I can get the screen to turn on is if I hook up my dads computer monitor to my laptops vga output, I wait for the monitor to turn on then my screen turns on, I disconnect it from the monitor and it works fine up until I turn it off then I have to repeat the process, any idea what could be the problem? I feel as if the computer isn't sending the screen the signal to turn on, it's weird, this started happening out of nowhere, didn't drop the computer or anything.

Hey atleast he doesnt have like 18 gold horn speakers, two 12" cvr gold and some other bobo ass sub on legacy, pyle, and boss amps. Thats not nearly as bad as some of the installs ive seen around town. Sure horrible colors and terrible imaging but atleast it looks like they tried to keep it somewhat clean. Or zip tied speakers and non sealed off 6th order walls in a sedan.

If you look up gut pics you can tell that the hifonic brz2400.1 and aq2200 are the same exact amps internally from the looks of them.

How big is the box? How much space do you have in between the two subs? You could possibly do aeroports or a slot port.

Instead of sony making another ps id prefer that they would revamp the xmb or upgrade our online servers, i wish they would add a few features like cross game chat and that they would bring back linux support. I cant see them upgrading the console that much.
