  1. Mitsubishi LT-52144 52" LCD with 120hz processor. (I might return to get the 244) Old Onkyo 5.1 Receiver 5.1 black onkyo speakers. Next thing I want to do though is add these...Aura Pro Bass Shakers...I'd like to add a couple of those in the couches, anyone ever done it? Goal for the living room is to make some lightboxes when money allows. So far I have a couple Original Double Sided Movie Posters -Austin Power Intl' man of mystery -Steel Magnolia -Dark Knight Style A
  2. Nice car the tis's are quite a bit nicer than the old rims IMO. Sad part is when you come on smd.com your not steered right to this guys thread, you got nothing nice to say why say anything at all? Simple word comes to mind... pes·si·mism (ps-mzm) n. 1. A tendency to stress the negative or unfavorable or to take the gloomiest possible view: "We have seen too much defeatism, too much pessimism, too much of a negative approach" Margo Jones. 2. The doctrine or belief that this is the worst of all possible worlds and that all things ultimately tend toward evil. 3. The doctrine or belief that the evil in the world outweighs the good.
  3. Roscoe must have deleted his response...he said that audiopipe is a lower brand or something like that...he misread must be why he deleted it...
  4. I had one of those that started to smell when I had too much power on it but it doesn't even effect the sub smelled for a sec and haven't smelled it since...it's in my sisters grand prix now. They are pretty durable subs and for the money I say one of the better subs out...

    Wtb Amp!

Try a audiopipe ap15001d, it's good for 1500rms plus and can be had for under 200 bucks...
  6. Dang that was nice...they start smelling with that kind of power going to them?
  7. I like the sound of a 15 on rock i've just seen more people that listen to rock get 10's for that music...I personally would like a few of all sizes to hit every single note...There's nothing like some staind on a 15...I've never personally heard any 18's on rock...I told him to get 12's because you'd be hard pressed to find some 15's for 119 a piece that would sound better than the one DD he has on that single amp (although I've never heard a dd in person or anything but haven't heard too many complain about them...)
  8. How many people use 15's for rock? I'm not poking fun or anything either, just curious...If I were you I'd try a couple 12's instead of some 15's, imo its a little hard to find some nice 15's for the same price and power consumption...
  9. Personally I like kicker, but I heard 2 orion 12's in a box made for the subs (actually it's this set right here LINK) and those 2 12's were louder than 2 kicker cvr 15's hooked to the identical amp in the same car (2001 chevy impala.) Obviously the low's were different and that is also my opinion but I never thought those 2 12's would sound near as loud as those 15's. Cone area wins over your dd though. For that price though you could build a box buy the subs and make money on it if you weren't impressed.
  10. Price may be it...I'm just looking to look I don't have money to buy anything...
  11. All that airspace in that freaking thing should sound good! What do the lvl 4's cost?
  12. All you can fit in the excursion is 2 15's behind that 3rd row? Why not put 2 boxes that way you could remove 2 at a time since you want to remove them! I've been gone a while, you ever figure out anything in the f150?
  13. That things a beast! 1500 rms is all it would need?
  14. Yeah the funeral home squeezes every ounce out of you they can. Keep your head up man, and always remember those special times...
  15. Yeah I just saw one of the orion hcca's yesterday and it was pretty beastly but it didn't quite compare to the jackhammer and box it was sitting on! LOL!
  16. Steer clear of ebay but try ordering from these guys...LINK...I'll check my price on em and see what I can do for you...whats your zip for shipping? Oops wrong link but they want 229 for the 2500...Let me see what I can do. Also make sure you call them don't order online physically speak to someone. I got this from roe.com... The GP2500D made 1328 watts at 12.8 volts and 1704 watts at 14.75. These test were also at a 1ohm reactive. I'd imagine you keep going up (if it is possible, which I'm not sure I'd ask mike from maxxsonics for definitive results!)
  17. What could that possibly sound like? Seems weird as it wouldn't have the extra cone area???
  18. I'd like to see a comparo on youtube!
  19. Sorry to hear that bro, Keep your head up and think of the good times. Most important part is to realize the pain and suffering is now over. My grandma died last fall after a 10 year bout with breast cancer, I'm glad she isn't in the pain she was in. She was tremendously strong and did whatever she had to do to live. Whatever treatment her doctor would offer her she took it no matter how much hair she'd lose nor how sick it made her feel. The last 2 years of her life she couldn't even sleep in her own bed nor could my grandpa who laid next to her on the floor as she was laying in the lazyboy. Keep your head up and think of the good times you had and the good times you WILL have in the future. But never forget them either as they are who made you who you are! Hope you feel better, thoughts and prayers to you, your family and friends.
  20. The groundpounder 3000??? No that things a beast. This is taken from the realm of excursion forum...Notice the numbers as the voltage increases... The Crunch GP3000D-Pro is shipping and competing. Here are the RMS (yes...RMS) power points. Beleive me, these are conservative numbers. We decided to put a competition amp in the Crunch line so competitors could get a big power strappable amp at a great price. 1-Ohm 14.4v 16v 17.8v 3000 4000 5000
  21. More power than you were looking for but why don't you look at the crunch gp3000d
