figured we needed a thread for posting pics of guns. can be your own, or just a cool pic you found. ill start with one of my own pics, of my springer. gun is a springfield range officer. pic taken on an 8.0mega cannon powershot, then edited down for an old school "saloon" vibe.

right now, other than charging, all its running is a 3.5 to rca, inline volume control, and an amplifier. somehow, it actually sounds decent. before i add external processing, im gonna download an equalizer app for it and see how i can get it to sound. the more external hardware i can eliminate, the more realiable everything will be.

Yeah, its gonna get cleaned up. I was only in and out about 4500 times today, lol. Also, im gonnago with a black trim decal on kit on the ipad. I originally thought thewhite would be a neat cntrast but soon realized it is just too bright.

Ipad has been fabbed in. Tomorrow ismfinish work and wiring. Top of the dash trim bezel busted while working, so ill have to come back and fix it later. Chillmasterwill will posting a few tease pics tonight.

So my new project begins today. My 1998 dodge ram is getting an in dash flush mounted iPad 2. I will be posting pics at the end of the day, as my interwebs are down at the house and I want to dedicate as much time as possible to working on this thing. The kicker is I won't be running any other source units, just iPad, processor, and amplifier. I am going to build an inline volume control unit so I have manual volume control. Updates coming soon...

need to hurry up and get that 1911, bring it down here so i can go through it, then go back and start shooting it so much you dont shoot the other stuff any more. lol

for 45acp target load in a 1911, i like 4gr of supertarget on a wlp primer, with 200gr lswc. i then change the factory weight recoil spring to a 12lb 9mm spring. recoil nearly doesnt exist and is super accurate.

F*cking-A Right on......youre definately a lead slinger....good to hear it...And I wasnt bragging about my 12kish rds last year or anything like that....as I know theres plenty of fellas like you that shoot like mad...youre definately a shooter, not just a dude with a gun then...lol. Awesome. i screwed up and got into reloading, so shooting got cheaper. 1,000 rounds of 45acp was only costing me 90 bucks, so i shot the hell out of it.

when you come down here im gonna take you to the indoor range. we gonna have some fun.

i am quite experienced with smithing a 1911, so i can go through one, do a little work on it, do a few checks and know its good to carry without even firing it. as for how much i shoot, i shoot 2-3 times a week. last year i went through about 40,000 rounds of just 45acp. all in all i probably fired about 55,000 rounds last year, all calibers combined. my range i go to does a simulated police qualification course as well. i cant remember the last time i shot less than a perfect score.shooting our local "bullseye" competition, i shoot a perfect 150 strong hand only and both hands, weak hand only i tend to shoot about a 145. scoring based on 15 shots with bullseye being a 10, shooting at 5 spot targets. i like the wilson 47d's in my 1911s, but these new springer magazines seem to be doing surprisingly well.

how does termlab run on it? oh wait.... i forgot about hardware compatibility with the termlab, i mean umm, anything.

if you know what your doing that 1500 for 2 subs is a joke. theres people running 2k+ to the skars (1k per sub). go read around in the skar audio section and see what im talkin about. chillmasterwill is running 3KRMS+ to 2 vvx15's, with no problemss at all.

from what ive seen and my limited experience with the skar's, i am quite impressed with them for the money.......

mine is the black one. but yeah, thats it.
