  1. 3/4 in thick and use fiberglass resin inside box and port to mak stonger and seal it up

  3. well port back on a blazer can be noisy be cause the backs like to rattle alot so plan on alot of spray foam and sound deadening iv stared on my back in my blazer doing spray foam right now and thinking of removing all the rear window latch stuff and permanently sealing window down

  5. how high are you taking first gear as of rpms? and how bigg is the turbo what is it?
  6. People have confused SPL and Ground Pounding too much in this thread. this guy is doing a compition style spl build its nasty if i could find it
  7. there is a build log on here cant find now but its i think 4 or 6 smd 15s so some peaple do use them for big spl builds

  11. get a wide band a/f gauge if you wanna tune with it because the low band that just plices in is just for looks they are worthless for tunning and power
  12. use a good machine shop and have them go thru pistons, rod, crank, block and head buy quality parts follow all torque specs r u planning power adders if so what? turbo, super charger? if any of them u need to reprogram cumputer upgrade fule system exsaust will depend on if your going forced injection or na more info on build plans
