Ok, so I got a new job at Ashley furniture, only thing is it's 100% commission and I have never worked like that before. They state that you average about $18 an hour which sounds AWESOME!!! I'm just curious, anyone out there ever work on 100% commission? Did it work out? I know this company has several policies in place to ensure everyone gets a little something. My sales quota will be 30-40,000 per month and my commission rate is 6%, 3% on clearance. I'm going to give it a shot, right now I work at Dillard's... I probably sell 40-50,000 dollars worth of Polo shit per month and don't see a dime over $10 per hr. for it... that gets annoying fast. I should have no problems selling, I mean they advertise nationally and are widely known for quality. Just looking for some input.

I have a real nice TurtleBeach headset for XBOX 360. The model number is X11 and they are hardly used. There is a small piece of fabric coming undone from the seem (see pic). These are probably just under a year old with less than an hour of time used. NOTE: These don't work real well for Black Ops. MW2 you can hear people coming from half way across the map, but in black ops it's like shotgun distance or a little greater. The only thing not pictured is the small mic to mic cord that plugs into your xbox remote for chat BUT IT IS INCLUDED AND NOT DAMAGED IN ANY WAY!! I'm looking to get $40 shipped for these, I would be interested in trading for some rear door speakers for an 04 Avalanche.

Beer, for most people is an acquired taste, most teenagers don't really like beer, regardless of what they say. Miller lite is a lite tasting beer, goes down easy without much aftertaste and isn't real filling... go try something like Heineken or Becks... Used to give blood, did it like 5 times, the I went in, they drew blood and I PASSED THE FUCK OUT! Was NOT FUN and I felt so stupid... Evidently it caused a rapid drop in blood pressure and fucked me all up... Never again.

I just got off the phone with Rusty from DC. He gave me several options on how to fix this plus offered to send the length of lead I would need for free. He also offered for me to send them in for repairs, I just have to pay shipping. He told me that the probable reason this happened was too big of a box, it needs to be closer to 3 cubes so I'll start that asap. Even after telling him I bought these used, and had NO idea what the prior owner put them through, he still offered to fix for free! I am more than pleased with the response from the guys at DC! Thanks to everyone that shared their input with me, but for now this problem is solved!

Ok, I extended them and soldered back to the terminal and one came lose again already... I'm tired of fucking with it! How hard is it to bypass the terminals and direct wire? I have seen this done. I don't care about making the worthless as long as they just work long enough to be left alone until I can upgrade to my 15's.

Yeah, too bad I cant recall if the were sewn or attached some other way prior to this happening. They are 2x 12" level 3 w/ level 4 coild, d1 Yeah playing too high seems more likely, as I said I'm tuned VERY low which I was in the process of changing. What does this mean: "My 4 15s were PEAK TO PEAK at 50hz with dual stiffs and everything. tuned to 27hz"
