THIS. We jacked up the rear because my big ass had to fit under the truck haha. I ran the 1/0 under the truck and into the rear of the cab.

Did a little work today.. bolted the battery down and started carpeting the box. Forgot to take a pic of it but I will take one first thing later today/tomorrow of the amp mounted and most of the box carpeted.

I'm still somewhat new to car audio and isn't clipping getting bad power that can hurt your subs/amps?? If so why would an artist make an album where all the tracks clip? It just doesn't make sense to me

I'm already planning on doing the big 3, how low of volts would you say can damage your amp/sub? my buddy has two 18xls with sundown 1500s to both of them on a stock alt and drops to 10-11 at idle. I know that's not good at all but im just surprised nothing has fried yet. If im in the 13-12 range i'll be happy until I get a HO alt.
