  1. 5000 hz is way to low of a crossover point for a supertweeter. I would coss it over at around 8-10k hz. And supertweeters are made to be used in accordance with a standard tweeter or horn. They just don't do well that low.
  2. I have tried allot of different RCA's. The $5 are definitely crap, but if you spend anything over $25 your wasting your money. You won't notice a difference between your $20 rca compared to $100 RCA's. In a car atleast. Because the signal voltages are so high in car audio audio applications, you will never have to worry about signal interference that you would wory about in the home audio world. What you really pay for in RCA's in car audio is how durable they are
  3. I would have done 1/0 inputs, but this was kind of a spurnof the moment kind of thing and I only had a small Peice of 1/2 aluminum.

  8. glad every one is ok, first thing I thought of when I read the thread was the video of the suv getting demolished by an 18 wheeler
  9. Swap it out for a v8. It's not worth adding a turbo to that engine.
  10. Is your wire knu cca? Because that stuff never is easy to solder. Crimping is the way to go with that stuff
