I think the 4 C3 subs could be much louder in the right kind of box and roughly the same amount of power. I'm no expert though.

I would go with the 50' spool. A little more money but it'll be worth it once you decide you want to have another run in the future.

What brand of wire did you find? And 25ft should be enough if you are just running it back to the cab. It doesn't sound like enough if you are going to be doing the full Big 3 plus a run to the back.

What BassJunkie said. From what I've seen it is crazy hard to hit a 150 out of a trunk. Tons of power needs to be backed up, and there is hardly enough room to back it up in a trunk.

Do you mean a sealed box? Or the the box is sealed off from the trunk?
