I am wanting to eventually get a career in car audio. But I want to like make new subwoofers and amps and like make them. Does anybody in the forum do that? If you do can you help me with what to do and stuff like that. And what type of career would it be called? I am still in high school just trying to get my ducks in a row before college.

Okay. So I do not know that much if any about home audio. I don't know what's good or anything an I want some nice home audio with good speaker towers. So if anyone good throw me a link or some info on home audio it would be greatly appreicted. Thanks Sid

How big of an alt would be good?

If I am running four Skar VVX 15's on two sound stream tarantula 2000d. Giving each woofer about 1000 watts a piece. Would I need a HO alt? If so how big. I am also doing two batteries in the back and xs 3400 under the hood. Big three is done also.

I don't really know much about band passed that why I am asking. But maybe what .5:1.5 sealed to ported. And I don't know what flat response is or what would be opitmal.

Skar VVX 15. i want it tuned around 28-30 hz with the port being in between the the two seats. i will get dimensions after school today. so if you can help me just send me a PM. and then we will go from there. So with those four 12's I was thinking about the hifionics Colossus amp. It does 3200 watts rms. Brigded. Good amp choice? Well these skars like that?
