Brand new lanzar opti6000d, Ive only used it once for around 30 seconds about a month ago just to make sure it works and put it right back in the box. Today I got my dual 1/0 inputs in and when I went to put them in the amp they touched and sparked, this happened with the amp sitting in my house not hooked up to anything, power, ground, remote or rca's. Could that have fried something inside the amp?
I have 100' of knu 1/0 kca to make the runs from the batts to the amp and from the front batt to the back, shouldnt be far, batts are going to be in the cab of an extended cab f150 so should be able to get at least 3 runs of + and 3 runs of -. The main reason I was considering the 4/0 is cause its only $2 a ft more than knu kol 1/0
x2, I love sonic, Now where's that coupon code? I'm about to order around $500 worth of stuff lol
Same! I needs me 50' of 0ga!!
Lol, Im needin a d6500, 7 fuse holders, a bunch of fuses, some 1/0 cutters and some ring terminals
A d6500 is the stock replacement but the d3100 is a little bigger, just wondering if it would be worth it try to to squeeze the d3100 in. The rest of the electrical is a singer 350 amp alt, 4-6 runs of 1/0 and 2 xp3000's in the back. Going to be powering a lanzar opti6000d on the subs and a jl jx360/4 on the mids and highs
Thanks in advance
I'm tryin to decide between a 275 amp 170 at idle alt or a 350 amp 200 at idle alt. Amp is a lanzar opti6000d with 500-1000rms worth of mids and highs. Gonna be a xs6500 batt up front and 2 xs xp3000's in the back. Both are the same brand. Just wonderin if I can get by with the 275 or would the 350 be best? There's a $80 price difference between them
I've had n2o on all my cars, hell I have a 50 shot in my f150 lol. I'd be worried about running anything over a 100 shot on the stock tune and plugs. On my old ss and z28 I used a wideband and a hsw microedge controller, it has a ton of features for cheap The MicroEdge Nitrous Controller
