    Just pre-ordered the Wolfram 4500.1. Uses the same board as the Twisted 3.5k.

      Tried a friends knob ? but yeah, I used to rock a 9512h...it was powered by an M3a and it got down, but nowhere as low as the SP4.  It did get hot after whaling on it for a bit though.

      I asked because someone told me the DD 9500 series would shit on the SP4, both thermally and mechanically. True?

      Depends on the application to be honest.  SP4’s can take more power cause of their 4” voice coil, higher thermal capacity, and cooling.
