I did mention,  when i added a lot of power,  i gained nothing Well, Almost nothing. Nothing that was worth the extra board, and heat i made. This is where i shoulda played with the vent and enclosure. Instead of just tossing power at em...So, i through in what ive experienced. STILL !!!  I never got the coil smelly, nor lost anything thermally. (Lead,  coil, anything, thermal,.. in 4 plus seasons of the hardest DB drag divisions ther are.

U guys got some big ass setups bro ?And yes, Fi FTW!  The SP4's are stout as fawk.  The V2 is 67 lbs.  I think its got a heavier motor than the V1.  I still got some tinkering left to do before I throw everything in.  March can't get here soon enough!

And, the sp4s greg ran, as well as I, where the V1's. Not even the v2's dude. I fucking LOVED my sp4's. Spaced spider, internal leads, no FOAD leads. And never had a thermal issue what so ever. And, i pounded on those relentlessly ... Not stupid, .. just "used them" the way there designed to be used.  Good luck. Do you have a build log goin? Link me.
