  1. Wow.... a owner of a company who is honest and concerned about quailty and sells products at a good price and doesn't talk crap about other companies.... Just don't see a lot of that these days.
  2. A pair of those 8's can probably hit better on a TL then most of the peoples systems on this forum....
  3. X3 ring terminals and bolts is the way to go... Just a thought...it might mess up airflow a little.
  4. Heard this 8 today. that thing pounded better then any one could imagine. Must hear to believe!!!
  5. On a small enough system and someone with very little knowledge a cap is the way to go...
  6. You would have to series each coil and series the subs together at 2.8 if you want to strap them. or you will have to series each coil at 1.4 ohms run it to one amp then use the pass thru.... Either way you are not going to be at full power. Pick up two more Rockfords or sell them and get some Sundown amps. Btw I am selling my (2) RF T10001bds
  7. The port AREA of an 8 inch port is 50.27 square inches. (radiusxradiusx3.1416) = area The port VOLUME is (4x4x3.1416x18)=904.78 square inch ((radiusxradius)x3.1416xlength) = volume then divided by 1728 = cubic feet displacement 904.78/1728=.5236 cubic feet displacement.
  8. How do you make these amp so powerful and run so cool with no fan?
  9. Yeah, I remember now. Its so hard to remember all the boxes you built...
  10. Last time he had subs and port back was with his Hx2s. Haven't tried the BLs or Nightshades pointed back.
  11. you need different amps or different subs
  12. Whoa.... all positives and all negatives is a VERY BAD THING!!!!! If each coil is .7 then you just wired each sub down to .35 ohms, Rockford amps can't take that... If each coil is .7 there is no way to get 1 ohm out of each sub. You need to wire each coil in series (positive to negative) and subs in series and strap the Rockfords with the bd sync cable.
  13. The SAE-1200D is a good looking amp. Will the SAZ-2000 have built in fuses or external?
  14. I can't wait to try them out...I mean I can't wait for you to try them out!!! lol Btw I have the meter.
  15. I hope we get the answers we want... Would love it if the 2000 is close to the same size as the 1500. Would like to see a sign up sheet for the 2000.
