  1. Someone out there has to have some wood rings lying around, let me take them off your hands to get my fiberglass project off the ground. Looking for 6.5's but will also take some 5" rings as well
  2. You should definitely give it a try, you never know what you're capable of until you try. When you do try...post pics, even if its bad you should post pics and take the criticism constructively. Good luck
  3. Daily bump! $90 picked up!
  4. My car right now has sun tek film on it, it has a lifetime warranty against fading. Personally I have tinted a few windows...and I'll never do it myself again, its well worth it to me to pay someone else to do it
  5. As stated above the grip could be better but thats about it.
  6. I'm getting the same smell (different woofer but similar specs), I was only running 900 watts to each woofer for the past year, and now I switched to 15-1800 watts per sub....maybe the low power didn't burn the glue?
  7. Thanks for the replies. @ audiofanaticz by chance I have those exact taps...used to have easy outs but idk where the hell they went. I just need a sharp drill bit which I will get tomorrow. I'll post some pics
  8. I'm going to go get better drill bits tomorrow and give it a shot again. Used to have nice bits but I move away for a few months and tools just seem to walk off on their own now..
  9. I want it out, or if theres any other alternatives thats fine as well. I just want to connect a ground wire to it.
  10. Recently traded my 1500.1bd for two bd1500.1's...I love them so far, only problem is the previous owner cross threaded the grounded and stripped out the allen head, I tried to drill it out without any luck. Any other suggestions?
  11. $120 shipped or 100 + shipping
  12. Yeah, installs usually turn into all nighters for me for some reason
  13. If you have an extra phone lying around using android there's an ip camera dvr program, so you can hide the phone somewhere within range of the router and it'll record all of that. Not only will it be recorded but you can also access this camera from anywhere with an internet connection including a cell phone. I own a foscam ip camera, really impressed with it. Mines the indoor model, but the outdoor models can be had for under $100 a pop. I have mine setup on a schedule, so when i'm not home it turns on the alarm and if movement is detected it sends me an email. I get a few false alarms in the living room due to sunlight but other than that its pretty solid.
  14. One day only $100 + shipping!
  15. I really like those! Nice choice on wheels, whats your opinion on the tires? I've been looking at those exact size and brand. Just bought some 18's myself, putting them on this weekend. not a big fan of chrome but I've been in contact with a paint guy, and I got a good deal on them.
  16. I've been wondering the same thing, I think I may do the same...except the back isn't low enough yet. Nothing a few more batts couldn't fix. If you do it post some pics!
  17. Make sure heatsink is perfectly on there, heat heatsink with a heatgun to get the thermal paste to flow evenly under the heatsink (or overheat it purposely momentarily *not responsible for you doing this lol*). This is of course if you haven't already done so. GL
  18. Chode bought a pair of headphones off me. Payment sent instantly, and is very good person to deal with!
  19. hahaha...made me hungry for spaghetti o's
