  1. Im guessing you want to use another 10 because you plan to reuse the box. If this is the case you may benefit to post the specs of the box (size, port dimensions etc.) if you want good woofer suggestions.
  2. The way i would do it is to adjust the other bands down and leave the higher bands at 0. there should be no bands higher than 0 on the eq once the gain is set with the dd1 since they will then be getting more than the highest amount possible before clipping. If you boost any of the bands they will see some clipping once you reach the maxium volume established with the DD-1. Its like turning it all the way to max unclipped volume and then turning some bands even higher. The DD1 will only see the clipping at 40 and 1000hz so if you are messing with other frequency bands you may think you are safe and in reality you are not.
  3. should have set the eq all at 0 before setting with the DD-1 and then only attenuate the different bands for adjustment, dont boost anything and you will be fine. and i would say keep the HU flat and use the audiocontrol for the eq.
  4. Fish definately does some good work, no one could say otherwise, but his builds are so tacky.
  5. Anderson connectors make these. Its what we use at work on our Jacks and lifts, they have these up to triple 0 gauge or quaduple 0 gauge I think. We have 36 volt batterys that wiegh more than an average car using these FYI. Obviiously you would need two since they connect together.
  6. Wow its awesome outside today!

    1. BeatBox

  7. cool man. I thought for sure they looked darker than stock. Still light enuff that they dont look tacky and I doubt you will get pulled over for them. Good choice on them!
  8. This is pretty rough looking. The bezel cut out is just not up to par. I hope you plan to reshape that before its done. Its very jagged looking and doesnt appear to be parallel with the ipads screen, especially the top right corner.
  9. Nice! Its looking good. Is the red part of the tailights tinted just a little or something, they look a little darker than normal to me? If so it actually looks good being that subtle, i may do a light tint on my X5.
  10. seems like a win. you could always sell it on ebay for like a $1000 (considering its valued at $3500 new) and buy a DD-1 and come out good.....if your dads cool with it that is.
  11. Thats cool that you just "found it".....lol I never find anything Sorry no idea how to operate that. But looks nice.
  12. Pix arent showing up. Says image has had too many views. think another of your threads also doing this.
  13. cool man. Im glad it got worked out. He probly just didnt want to carry those back to the truck again. lol
  14. really interesting, thanks for the info, still not sure about bending round ports though... Using a round port you wont have a common wall of port and enclosure so no.
  15. That sucks. I hate to deal with shipping issues. Sounds like you are in an aggervating situation being that far away.
  16. Thanks man. Its just an entry level type Zero Turn for my residential use. It does 6 mph tops and 3 in reverse. I know theres a lot better out there. Ebay. the ballasts are g4 and the lights are 5000k Hahahah I have one cup holder but somehow its not in any of the pix i have. its behind the switches in the pic for the hour counter.

  18. Got my old woodgrain updated finally 100% brushed titanium now!

  19. http://www.shopabrasives.com/products/weiler_brush/weiler_brush_-_weiler_crimped_wire_end_brushes_-_banded_-_solid_end_ebr_series_-_steel_stainless__aluminum/4970 This is the style of brush you would want. when you drill a hole or if there is already one there, this one will stay in almost a perfect circle and not tear up the paint all around it. The regular wire wheel is harder to hold in place since it tends to want to run away on you.
  20. Hey just letting you know that the XP3000 sometimes shows up and sometimes doesnt during the day when you click the banner on the Main page of your website. At first I thought it was out of stock but then I looked later and it was back again. Now it is gone once again. Even searching xp3000 doesnt bring it up, but the xp2500 will so IDK whats happening. Least thats what Im seeing on my end, just wanted to let you know since it may be happening to others who are also intrested in the group buy.
