DC Power shipped out my new alt in less than 2 weeks. When I got my dual setup last year it didn't take too long either. I've heard stories of them taking forever but haven't experienced that in the times I've dealt with them.

But if that's what they are worried about they should just stop selling to the general public then if they aren't going to take care of them the same way.

That's just saying goodbye to more money.

Allowing the customers to get mistreated and spreading the info around the net is costing them plenty of money.
If the car audio side of the business is lucrative enough then maybe they should hire some folks to handle just that aspect of it.
