THIS use 8 gauge if u can bro, but also consider it's some pretty thick wire and if you have to put two wires into one terminal on your subs(for series/parellel, etc.) you might have to get some reducers from radioshack like i did reducers or banana plugs lulz do iiiiiiiiiiit

Thanks a lot guys. fyi this is the cut list i will go in with: Cut List top and bottom: 3x - 38"x22" front: 32.25"x18.75" sides: 2x - 21.25"x18.75" back: 37.25"x18.75" port: 14.75"x18.75", 10"x18.75", and 3.75"x18.75" 45° corners: 5"x18.75" in the port, 2x - 3"x18.75" in the chamber bracing: Using 2x2's, cut one 18.75" long and another 20.5" long. Also, cut 2x - 4" triangles to better brace the left side of the box.

I appreciate the help man nothing I can see or find.. Box has a shiz load of fiber fill also so I don't think anything would rattle if there were something rattling.. Well maybe someone more knowledgeable can help you here but....If it comes down to it, maybe a video to explain this "rattling"? I hope it's not a 'knocking' bottoming out sound
