I smoked some weed and read this, now I want some egg rolls.

  7. i hear ya. I lost my hydaulic crimpers when we moved, so now i'm waiting on another set to get here.
  8. i just want metal on both sides of the lug. So, leaving the washer on the bottom should do that. I may add a larger one if i still have clearence issues. just for more surface area.
  9. alright, i'll give it a shot. I should have just bought the set screw kind lol.
  10. well, if i take the little bastard off, wont the lug will be sitting on plastic when i do that also, here is that plastic lip around the base that is going to get in the way. seems sketchy. And this wasnt really a complaint thread, just askin questions
  11. kinda what i figured. I am gonna crimp, but was just curious. Not going to name drop but with other terminals and lugs i had no clearance issues. First time i seen this.
  12. can we stop suggesting this now? theres still a nut under the terminal??? but i'll stop trying to help- if that nut isnt there the stud will spin.
  13. after its crimped it might just barely fit, just seems odd that it would be that close. edit, thing is, some people solder these. So , question is still valid.
  14. can we stop suggesting this now?
  15. doesnt make a difference, fuse is like .1mm thick
  16. i thought about that too. I may do it. Just was curious why it needed modified to work.
  17. So, um am i doing something wrong, did i order the wrong fuse holders? I can make them work but it seems this is an odd way to do it.. See pics below Notice the lid doesnt close and this doesnt work But i can do this, i'll just have to go buy a couple extra nuts and washers.
  18. Box seems to have come out nice, although i dont think its heavy enough.

  19. I think I had this once too. Cleared cache and cookies and I think that fixed it. I may have had a thread on it
