i go to school for this shit. haha you can always get back the original file bit and sample rate (16bit CD's w/ 44.1khz sample rate) but you can never go up in bit depth and sample rate (like a 32 bit 96khz) because you will get horrible chops and other shit will go wrong. there is an AMAZING quality file (but I'm blanking on what it is) but the file size is HUGE. best bet is to go just straight mp3. its what i use. AHA!!! Its the .FLAC file name. those things are crazy great quality but take up stupid amounts of space.

I'm already using them. Maybe the floor of my hatch isn't steady enough? Because it has the plastic false floor that seperates the box from the spare tire well.. thats probably why the false floor doesn't allow the screw to actually attach to anything that will hold it steady xP This. Or maybe the bracing snapped inside? Nope, bracings good. I'm thinking it's the false floor jumping. What can I do to secure it? take out your false floor and secure it to the vehicle or get longer screws but obviously watch out to make sure you don't puncture your gas tank or anything important.

use L brackets to screw the box as a whole, down.

absolutely go with your electrical system first!!! I've dropped around $8-$10K in the last 4 years for systems that don't last me all that long. I've wasted a lot of time and money all because i was being lazy and didn't fix/support my electrical for the type of setups i wanted to do.
